What is self-confidence?

What is self confidence?

Self Confidence is not something you're born with, but something you have to learn.

Self confidence is the quality of feeling sure of one's ability or worth.

The development of self confidence allows you to better handle the stresses and challenges of everyday life as well as enjoy and appreciate everything about yourself.

Self confidence doesn't happen overnight. It takes time, effort, and a genuine desire to begin feeling better about yourself.

Self Confidence means to be conscious of yourself and the way you are. People who have self confidence are not dependent on the opinions of others, nor embarrassed by themselves when they act a certain way in public.

This may include physical appearance, clothing, personality, and overall behavior.

A person with high self-esteem is typically confident in their abilities and does not see others or outside events as having power over them.

Failure!

Failure is a rite of passage in life.

It happens to everyone, even the most successful people we know.

Yet, what exactly constitutes failure? Is it not achieving your goal? Is it giving up too soon? Or is it simply accepting the hand you've been dealt and living with the results?

Failure is not permanent. Nothing lasts and carries forward into any other part of your life.

Failure is simply the opportunity to begin again, this time more intelligently.

Self doubt

The main reason of someone who don't have enough self confidence is because of low self esteem. and low self esteem leads to self doubt.

Low self esteem could encourage you to self-question or we can say self doubt, be detached or agreeable, or experience issues confiding in others.

Low self esteem could come from various encounters, like experiencing childhood in an unsupportive and basic climate, being isolated from your companions or family, making a decision about yourself too brutally, or fearing disappointment. Individuals with low self-assurance frequently have blundered in their reasoning.

Like self confidence, we learn from mistakes and gained experience from time to time. Little by little we improve ourselves from those mistakes, and then there comes self confidence when we started to do things right and not making the mistake again!

Whereby self doubt goes the same way. When you start failing over and over again, what your mind begins to think is giving up. Your mind plays game and tricks you into thinking that you are not the suitable person to accomplish such things, then you'll doubt yourself the same way over time.

In short,

Self-confidence is usually not something that we are born with, but a combination of beliefs, behaviors, and an overall feeling that we have about ourselves.

Self-confidence gives us the tools to achieve our goals and dreams, and also to express ourselves in ways that make us feel good about who we are.

For those of you who have failed in your life, it's not just a perception anyone can have that failure is the central issue of almost everyone.

Neither is it a single problem that can be addressed; failure affects so many vital areas.

As children, we learn how to fail if no one has been around us with different value systems. Adults pass on their values and perceptions, which we never question, as our own.

All they want is for us to be successful, but failing them is what they teach us well.

It's the trust that separates winners from losers. Nobody wants to win in a game where they don't know the rules or how to play them.
